Active Communication Therapy is a private practice that provides speech and language services to residents of the Ottawa area (including Kanata, Stittsville, Nepean, Barhaven, Greely, Manotick, Orleans, etc) and the Ottawa Valley Region. The team at Active Communication Therapy is comprised of Speech Language Pathologists and Communicative Disorders Assistants, and is led by Tanis Friesen, Speech Language Pathologist, Director / Clinical Coordinator. Our services can be delivered in the client's home, daycare or private school visits. We create individualized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults with speech and/or language disorders/delays. Our goal is to provide a supportive and caring environment for our clients in order to facilitate effective communication.
